Review: Flipped

Flipped
Flipped by Wendelin Van Draanen

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

When Juli Baker first saw Bryce Loski, she flipped. Bryce, on the other hand, ran. They came from completely different families: one is warm and open, while the other is strictly conventional.
Juli had a horribly cute obsession with Bryce for quite a long time. Eventually, she looked beyond the eyes, the smile and the hair of Bryce. When Juli realized that Bryce was not so wonderful like she thought, Bryce became aware of how amazing Juli is. He flipped.

I like this book because there is always two sides in every story, and here you will know why the characters are like that and where are they coming from. Aside from love, this book teaches the readers to do the right thing when faced with a choice because it will affect lives. This book also states that the whole being is greater than the sum of its parts. A cow is a cow, a meadow is a grass & flowers, and a sun is just peeking through, but when you put them together, it will be magic.
